The Member Pathways learning portal is a proven gateway to all the courses and resources that facilitate learning within your specific member organization. The Pathways Portal is based on the Platform approved and being used by Gii for the Goodwill Academy, with the added benefit of being “Customizable” to your location’s specific BRANDING, FUNCTIONALITY, and COURSEWARE. Now you can use this tested and approved Portal to deliver eLearning, Micro-Learning and continuous improvement education to allow your users to be up to speed on the specific initiative and skills required by your organization. Allow for a “Single” depot of training and support information to be delivered and customized to your end users all in an “easy to use” interface and access that can be used from any type of device.

Newsfeed
• Presents location specific news feeds and websites (RSS, Twitter, etc) • Can be used for location specific announcements, alerts, news • Can support images and links Can be pushed to particular users based on group
Resource Library
• Contains resources pushed to user or group by an admin as well as resources user has selected from Content Library • Can include documents, job aids, links, etc. • User can view or share resource with other users • User can give star rating to item
Links
• Contains links to commonly used tools and helpful external sites for your team. This section can allow for access to other Goodwill sites and approved Web Locations
Location Specific Learning
• Lists assigned classes and meetings for the user • Specific to what you want to teach your Team • Displays calendar with all assigned classes and meetings • User can give star rating to class • User can download class / meeting notes from meeting details • Instructor can manage the class and grades for each student
Gamification
• Contains Badges for achieving certain learning levels • Gamification status (e.g., prizes earned) and overall standings • User can share Badging levels or view overall standings
Content Library
• Users can browse and search for content throughout the system (both assigned and un-assigned) • Content can include courses, documents, classes, videos, etc. • User can perform different actions on content items: adding the item to home page (My Resources tile), enrolling in courses, emailing items, etc

• The RTL Portal works on desktops/laptops, mobile phones and tablets.
